About the Community

"Shuva Israel", a Tora observant Jewish Community Center, was established in October 1991 by the Darwish family, with the support of leading Rabbis from Israel.

 Devoting themselves day and night to providing spiritual support and guidance, the community members focus on compassion toward the masses, help for the need and reaching out to fellow Jews.

 "Shuva Israel" Community Center arranges different activities, among are: seminars for Israeli backpackers about Judaism and spiritual search, workshops and lectures for Hong Kong citizens and daily Tora lessons open for the public.

 It is a base for businessmen, tourists, backpackers and citizens who wish to relax from the hecticness of the City and nourish themselves with physical and spiritual food, in a warm homely atmosphere.
